Academician Zhao Jizong received Honorary Fellowship from Hong Kong College of Surgeons

On the evening of September 23, 2017, the Hong Kong College of Surgeons and Edinburgh Royal College of Surgeons held a joint academic conference and honorary academician certificate presentation ceremony in Hong Kong. Professor Zhao Jizong, the director of the National Center for Neurological Diseases Clinical Research Center and director of the Department of Neurosurgery at Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, was invited to attend this academic conference and was honored as Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surgeons. The Honorary Fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Surgeons is a distinguished surgical expert who has dedicated to the international community in the field of excellence in the field of surgery and has made extensive contributions. It is the highest honor awarded by the College. Professor Lai Baoshan, dean of the Hong Kong Academy of Surgeons, awarded the honorary academician certificate for Academician Zhao Jizong. He highly praised Academician Zhao's contribution to the neurosurgery community and his international academic status. He also presented the academic robe with symbolic significance for Academician Zhao.
