Neurosurgeon, Professor and PhD tutor of Capital Medical University. After graduated from Second Military Medical University (Shanghai, China) in 1986, he had worked as surgical resident in General Navy Hospital (Beijing, China). Since 1992, he had pursued neurosurgical trainings in the Department of Neurosurgery at the Rouen University Hospital Center (Rouen, France). He obtained Diploma of Microsurgery from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Rouen in 1994. After receiving his PhD in Medical Sciences (Neurosciences) from the University of Rouen in 1998, he has been engaged in the basic research and clinical treatment of spinal cord injury and peripheral nerve injury in the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research, and the Department of Neurosurgery at Paris-Sud University Hospital Center. He has published more than 30 related articles in the international journals. In 2010, he was selected into the Beijing “Hai-Ju” program and awarded as a special expert of Beijing.
